To support our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our mass spectrometry service team, we are looking for a committed Lab Technician in our analytical laboratory.

We are looking for:

As a dedicated and motivated individual, you will be part of our agile QC service unit. You can expect diverse tasks in a dynamic and exciting environment. In this important position, you will perform GMP-compliant analyses of starting materials, intermediates, as well as peptide and oligonucleotide active ingredients. An additional focus lies on the independent review of analytical evaluations and results as part of double checks.

Your responsibilities:

• Analytics for the release of starting materials, intermediates, and final products using mass spectrometry
• Conscientious GMP-compliant documentation and evaluation of the analyses performed
• Conducting independent double checks of analytical raw data, evaluations, calculations, and results for completeness, plausibility, and GMP compliance
• Clear documentation of identified discrepancies and coordination of necessary corrections with the responsible staff
• Participation in the continuous improvement of analytical questions and workflows in the routine environment

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, specialising in analytics or synthesis, or comparable further training
• Professional experience in an industrial laboratory
• Knowledge of common IT applications used in the GMP environment (e.g. LIMS) as well as general software affinity
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• You are a team player and value collaboration within the team.
• Reliable personality who contributes to a positive working environment
• Enthusiasm for responsibility and initiative
• Strong quality awareness as well as a very precise, structured, and comprehensible working style
• Professional experience in analytical chemistry and knowledge of instrumental analytics, for example chromatography (HPLC) or mass spectrometry (MS)
• Experience with the review of analytical data or with a formalised double check process in the GMP environment
