As a caretaker, you will look after several buildings of our clients and their users within a small team. You are an important contact person on site and actively ensure that buildings, facilities, and infrastructure function reliably and smoothly. Your responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Carrying out minor repair, maintenance, and restoration work
• Small gardening tasks, grounds maintenance, as well as ensuring proper waste disposal and site management
• Support with moves, furniture rearrangements, seating arrangements, and projects
• Conducting technical inspections and identifying, resolving, or coordinating faults and defects
• Supervising and coordinating external service providers and craftsmen
• Contact person for clients and users on site
• Substituting team members

In addition, you bring the following qualifications:

• Basic vocational training in a craft, specialist in operational maintenance is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in facility management is an advantage
• Solid basic knowledge of various areas of building technology
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German language skills
• Driving licence category B (mandatory)
• High customer and solution orientation
• Reliability, resilience, and flexibility
• Communicative personality and a neat appearance
