Pronovo actively shapes this future on behalf of the federal government. We manage funding programmes for renewable energies and are responsible as an accredited certification body for guarantees of origin (GO) for electricity as well as fuels and combustibles.

The Customer Service department is responsible for handling customer enquiries, complaints, and ensuring customer-oriented and efficient support.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Customer Service Officer Renewable Energies 60 – 100% (m,f,d)

About us
Your responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and handle telephone and written enquiries – even with more complex issues, you find suitable solutions.

• You coordinate incoming tickets and ensure they are efficiently forwarded to the appropriate specialist departments.

• You reliably maintain and update customer data in our systems, ensuring high data quality.

• You professionally handle complaints and claims and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction.

• You are responsible for smooth incoming and outgoing mail and always keep an overview.

• You contribute your ideas and actively participate in the further development and optimisation of our customer service processes.

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial basic training or have a comparable qualification.

• Ideally, you have experience in customer service or a comparable service-oriented role.

• Your customer orientation is pronounced – you listen attentively, think solution-oriented, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.

• You communicate confidently in very good German and additionally have good knowledge of French, which you can confidently apply in customer contact. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.

• You work in a structured, reliable manner and keep an overview even with several simultaneous enquiries.

• You enjoy collaborating with different departments and see yourself as an important interface within the company.

• You are open to change, think along, and like to actively contribute to improvement processes.

• You are comfortable with common IT systems and quickly familiarise yourself with new tools.
