For our client, an established and future-oriented institution in the Bern region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and convincing leader as Head of Housing & Care 80–100 % as a member of the executive management.
Your area of responsibility:
- Overall responsibility for the area with around 120 residents and 65 employees
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the area
- Participation in strategy development and further development of the services
- Ensuring the service and care mandate as well as the quality of care
- Optimisation of processes and resident care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and deputising for the Head of Life in Old Age
Your profile:
- Leadership experience in social pedagogy, psychiatry, long-term care or a comparable environment
- Further training in leadership/management
- Experience in strategy and project development
- Clear, appreciative and transparent communication
- Committed, loyal and team-oriented personality
- Enjoyment of change and active participation in shaping it
