Role:
As a GitOps Engineer, you take responsibility for a modern container platform based on OpenShift and Kubernetes. The focus is on robust processes that noticeably relieve development teams. With Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and GitOps, you create a clear path from commit to production. You make well-founded technical decisions and confidently contribute your own ideas. In this way, you significantly shape the further development of the platform.
Responsibilities:

Furthermore, you advise development teams on containerisation, deployment, and the operation of their applications.
You independently investigate disruptions and maintain high performance and stability.
In addition, you implement security and compliance requirements in the deployment environment, define technical standards, and collaborate closely with development, IT security, architecture, and external partners.
Qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
Containerisation with Docker as well as operating Kubernetes or OpenShift are among your strengths.
You have gained solid practical experience with Git, Tekton, ArgoCD, TeamCity, or comparable tools.
Furthermore, you are familiar with logging and monitoring solutions such as ELK or Sentry and know container registries like Harbor.
You are familiar with governance, security, and compliance topics in the container environment.
Additionally, you work independently and solution-oriented and prefer simple, well-thought-out automation.
