In the FAK/EO Benefits team (Family Compensation Fund/Income Compensation Scheme) you will process benefits that directly affect families and employed persons in important life situations.

Your tasks

• Check and process claims for family allowances and EO compensations according to legislation
• Check and approve inter-cantonal and EU/EFTA differential allowances
• Create, check and process rulings, objection decisions and remission requests
• Apply legal provisions and instructions correctly
• Advise and support customers orally and in writing in German and French
• Opportunity to participate in projects and further developments if required

Your profile

• Commercial or equivalent training, ideally with further education in social insurance
• Professional experience in social insurance, ideally in the benefits area, is an advantage
• Confident German and good knowledge of a second national language (French and/or Italian)
• Proactive, solution-oriented and with a good sense of priorities
• Communicative, constructive and enjoys customer advice
• Open to new things and motivated to further develop processes
