Ensuring stable technical operation of the cloud infrastructure including connectivity and host systems.
Building and lifecycle management of standardised Microsoft cloud solutions.
Investigating incidents, performing technical corrections, and continuously improving platform services.
Implementing information security requirements according to ISO-27001 ISMS and supporting extended support.
Developing PowerShell automations to simplify administrative tasks and optimise internal processes.
Qualifications:
Completed ICT vocational training with a focus on system technology and solid experience in the infrastructure environment.
Very good practical experience with Microsoft server technologies as well as M365 and Azure core services, especially Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux administration and understanding of hybrid IT landscapes.
Strong customer orientation, independent working style, and confident technical communication.
Very good German and English skills at B1 level for collaboration in technical environments.
