Tasks

As Non Food Department Manager, you ensure a great shopping experience and show customers how to bring more variety into their everyday lives.
It goes without saying that the shelves are always full and tidy.
If customers have questions or special requests, you are there for them.
Mutual respect creates a pleasant atmosphere: you pass this credo on to your team.
In the absence of management and their deputies, you take responsibility for the sales outlet.

With a completed basic education in retail or corresponding professional experience in sales, you are ready for this job.
You have experience in sales and leadership in a comparable role.
Do you already have product knowledge in the Non Food area of responsibility? A great advantage.
You have full command of German - written and spoken.
You are flexible regarding working hours. You find it exciting to engage with systems.
