About the job

More than a theatre 6 the Casinotheater combines gastronomy, theatre and events under one roof. With the restaurant Fredi, the Casinotheater has an à la carte restaurant with 90 seats, a terrace & lounge in summer as well as a cocktail bar. In parallel, we cater for around 400 corporate and private events per year in our event facilities.

For our kitchen team, we are looking for a

SOUS-CHEF (100%)

Your tasks:

In collaboration with the head chef, or deputy in their absence:

• Co-responsibility for the management and organisation of the entire kitchen area
• Co-responsibility for kitchen administration (staff planning, creditor control, ordering, offer design, etc.)
• Co-responsibility for the training of 3-4 apprentices
• Control of goods receipt & inventory management together with the head chef
