Your tasks:

• Telephone and written advice to our customers
• Processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders
• Advice on car spare parts, tuning and accessories
• Handling warranty and complaint cases
• Collaboration in purchasing and independent processing of orders
• Contact and correspondence with our suppliers
• Clarification of prices, availability and delivery dates
• Monitoring of open orders and delivery dates
• Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics and sales
• Support with other administrative tasks in day-to-day business

Our requirements:

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally related to the automotive industry
• Experience in customer service, sales, purchasing or a comparable function is an advantage
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good French skills, spoken and written, are an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a service- and solution-oriented working style
• Technical understanding and interest in cars, tuning and accessories
• Independent, reliable and structured working style
• Good PC user skills

Not a tuning expert yet?

No problem. What matters more to us is technical interest, enjoyment of customer contact and willingness to learn new things. Knowledge of the automotive or tuning industry is an advantage but not a requirement. We will carefully familiarise you with our products and processes.
