About the job

The Barbara Keller institution has been committed for over 170 years to the social and economic participation of people with cognitive, psychological and physical disabilities. It offers a variety of work, training, day and residential places and stands for reliable, cooperative integration as well as lived participation and self-determination. For the area of services and digital printing, we are looking for a committed individual from <strong>15 June 2026</strong> <strong>or by arrangement</strong>.

Your Tasks

<ul> <li>You operate at the interface between business and social sector and effectively apply your skills in both fields</li> <li>You ensure a high-quality, customer- and service-oriented order processing</li> <li>You plan and organise work processes so that employees with disabilities can successfully carry out their tasks</li> <li>You design activities to promote learning and development in the agogic context and support employees individually</li> <li>You apply the principles of the agogic process in a situational and client-related manner and specifically promote development and independence</li> <li>You reflect on your own actions and take responsibility for your professional and personal development</li> </ul>

Your Profile

<ul> <li>Training in the field of work agogics as well as several years of experience in supporting people with cognitive and/or psychological disabilities</li> <li>High willingness to familiarise yourself with new service and production areas</li> <li>Very good IT user skills (MS Office, InDesign an advantage).</li> <li>Confident German language skills, both spoken and written</li> <li>Strong service and customer orientation as well as very good manners</li> <li>Humour, positive charisma and a constructive basic attitude.</li> <li>Flexible, solution-oriented thinking and acting</li> </ul>
