Main Tasks

• Preparation of commercial offers
• Development of calculations and investment requests
• Creation and processing of vending machine orders
• Verification of order confirmations
• Drafting of contracts and framework agreements
• Writing personalised letters to clients
• Creation, processing, and transmission of contract modifications and terminations
• Conducting client analyses and reports
• Data entry and management in various systems
• Interface function between several departments (direct contact with clients remains occasional)
• Execution of specific tasks according to instructions
• Participation in projects, autonomous coordination, monitoring, and active collaboration

Education

• Completed commercial training or equivalent education
• Initial professional experience in internal sales service
• Very good knowledge of IT tools (Movex, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Office, Outlook)
• Native French speaker and excellent command of German, both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of English is an advantage
