What to expect

• You are the first voice of Smartheart. Whether on the phone or by email: you receive enquiries from customers and patients, find out what it is really about, and solve most issues yourself straight away. What is not in your hands, you pass on to the right place, in such a way that no one has to ask again.
• You keep an eye on our devices. Where is which device currently located? You track shipments and keep the device status up to date.
• You are the bridge to the sales team. You handle smaller sales matters yourself. If you notice that something repeatedly causes problems or customers report something important, you ensure that the sales team is informed.
• You step in when it’s urgent. If necessary, you support our operations team in day-to-day business.

What you bring

• You like people and remain friendly, empathetic and professional even when things get difficult.
• You have completed a commercial basic education (KV/EFZ) or something comparable.
• You enjoy juggling several balls at once, i.e. enquiries, device tracking and follow-ups, without dropping any.
• You quickly recognise what is important and tackle problems in a solution-oriented way.
• You speak and write very good German and understand Swiss German. French, Italian or English are a plus.
• MS Office is routine for you. Experience with CRM or ERP systems is nice but not essential.
