Head of Finance, Human Resources & Administration
(as a member of the executive management and specific deputy for the chairperson of the executive management)
In this exciting role, you are responsible on the one hand for finance and accounting including annual financial statements, budgeting and reporting. On the other hand, HR and administration (including IT) report to you, supported by a strong team. Furthermore, you contribute holistically to the executive management, think and act in a networked manner and thus help to continuously develop the operation.
Your basis is your professional experience in finance and accounting (including final accounting security), ideally in a similar leadership position or on the way to one; industry experience is not a must. In addition, you have a commercial education with further training at the specialist certificate level (e.g. in finance and accounting or fiduciary) or as a business economist HF or similar. You like to get hands-on operationally in accounting and also have experience in human resources. Personally, you are honest, open and socially competent. You desire a participative approach within an executive management, promote and support your employees and contribute to leadership in a goal-oriented manner.
