Responsibilities
- Support in establishing the Competence Centre for Economic Criminal Law in the areas of teaching, research & development, continuing education and services
- Development of modules in the Bachelor programme Applied Law
- Teaching activities in the field of criminal and criminal procedure law in Bachelor, Master and continuing education courses
- Research and publication activities in the field of criminal and criminal procedure law, including acquisition and implementation of relevant research projects
- Collaboration in the development and launch of new education and continuing education products
Profile
For this demanding and versatile role, you have a law degree with a doctorate and preferably a practising certificate. You have a convincing academic record and several years of practical experience in criminal and criminal procedure law. You already have teaching experience as well as didactic qualifications and are motivated to share your expertise. You think entrepreneurially, are proactive and resourceful, and enjoy taking responsibility and developing and building new things together with a team. We offer you the freedom and collegial environment to realise your ambitions. Your strong communication skills in German and English complete your profile.

The Department of Business Law concentrates the legal expertise of the School of Management and Law. In addition to the diverse existing activities of the department in teaching, research and development as well as continuing education, the Bachelor programme Applied Law was added in the autumn semester 2022, in which criminal law is an important component. The Competence Centre for Economic Criminal Law is part of the Department of Business Law. We deal with criminal and criminal procedure law issues in a national and international context.
