Sales Internal Service 60% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You support the sales internal service team with a workload of approximately 60% due to a temporary need. You are the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. You handle order processing in SAP, professionally and reliably manage customer enquiries, and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly. In this dynamic environment, you work closely with various departments and apply your organisational skills to optimally support sales.

What do I need to be successful?

• Very good SAP knowledge (R3/S4) and confident handling of the relevant modules

• Fluent Swiss German skills in spoken and written form

• Experience in sales internal service or a comparable role

• Customer- and service-oriented personality

• High social competence and pleasant, approachable manner

• Independent, structured and reliable way of working

• Good organisational skills as well as high accuracy in administrative tasks

• Knowledge of other national languages (French and/or Italian)

• Good English skills

• Experience with CRM systems

• Flexibility regarding tasks and areas of deployment

• Technical understanding or experience in an industrial environment

• Advantageous: Team spirit and willingness to support cross-departmentally if required
