On the Kleinbasel side, in close proximity to public transport and the Rhine, lies the Claragraben residential home. Here, 20 residents with varying care and support needs live in two residential groups.

Your Role

With joy and professional competence, you lead, promote and coach a care team as well as the cross-house night shift team of the Claragraben and Horburghof residential homes. You are responsible for optimal duty and work planning and ensure efficient work processes as well as the quality of the services provided. When accompanying the residents in their daily lives, you enable as much self-determined living as possible. In addition, you are responsible for administrative and organisational tasks, such as individual service recording and periodic needs assessment (IBB rating). Interdisciplinary exchange with relatives and third parties also falls within your remit.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or nursing specialist HF
• Several years of professional and leadership experience; ideally with completed leadership training
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities
• Confident and considered action in crisis situations
• Coaching leadership personality with high empathy
