About the job
SONNHALDE in Grüningen is a psychiatric care and support centre with around 300 residents of various ages. As part of Peter di Gallo AG, we employ over 320 staff across 14 wards.
To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement who takes responsibility and wants to actively shape our HR.
As an HR Generalist, you are the contact person for employees and managers and, together with the team, ensure the professional implementation of all HR processes – from payroll to personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
In addition, you actively contribute to the optimisation and further development of existing processes. Your ideas and commitment are expressly welcomed.
Your tasks:
- Independent assurance of correct payroll processing
- Responsibility for the entire personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle
- Contact person for employees and managers on HR matters
- Support in the recruitment process (job postings, pre-selection, coordination)
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of HR processes
- Support with labour law issues (OR, internal regulations)
What you bring:
- Completed HR training (HR specialist certificate or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in a comparable HR generalist role
- Sound knowledge of payroll processing
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- High service orientation, discretion and ability to work in a team
