Role:
As an employee in purchasing and supply chain, you ensure demand-oriented procurement and reliable supply. You coordinate orders, delivery dates, and customs matters, working closely with internal and external parties.
Responsibilities:
You plan demand and supply, create orders, and monitor order confirmations and delivery dates
You ensure the correct handling of customs matters and support the implementation of logistics processes
You maintain material and supplier master data in the ERP system and ensure its accuracy
You prepare evaluations, post-calculations, and consumption analyses and support various supply chain projects
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education and bring several years of professional experience
You have good ERP knowledge, ideally SAP and Gains, as well as good MS Office skills
You work independently, organised, and responsibly and are customer- and team-oriented
You have very good German and English skills
