Your Tasks

Technical and personnel management of operational quality assurance (1 employee) as well as goods receipt (3 employees).

Handling customer complaints, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and improvement measures.

Planning and conducting quality and process audits as well as supporting internal and external audits.

Continuous optimisation of quality and production processes as well as leading improvement projects.

Ensuring efficient material flow and optimisation of storage, picking and shipping processes.

Your Profile

Several years of professional experience in quality management, logistics or production, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company.

Leadership experience in a comparable environment desired.

Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) is an advantage.

Structured, solution-oriented and quality-conscious working style as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills.

Good German and English skills as well as confident handling of Microsoft Office and SAP.
