Your tasks
Preparation and analysis of quality feedback and repair deployments from second commissioning and the field, communication with report creators and implementers
Product-specific field analysis in coordination with service, development and production
Present complex analysis results clearly and tailored to the target audience
Derive, prioritise and cross-departmentally coordinate targeted improvement measures
Lead quality control circles in the field on key topics from second commissioning and the field
Regular exchange with global complaint management
Measure and verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions
Conduct the QMS target agreement process including KPI‑monitoring
Manage projects to implement automated error detection tools
Support the service organisation in compliance, design and optimisation of relevant (Q‑)service processes
Participate in development projects and customer centricity initiatives
What we are looking for
Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable technical training
Practical experience in commissioning, service or maintenance of complex laser systems is an advantage
Experience in quality and process management (methodological competence)
Strong analytical skills and data affinity
Confident handling of MS Office
Experience with Jira, SIS, SAP, PowerBI or FAS is an advantage
Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 level)
Good English skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 level)
