Lead MS System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the stable operation and continuous improvement of the Microsoft system environment, especially cloud and identity services.
Further development of the network architecture through configuration and maintenance of firewalls, wired networks, WLAN and security zones.
Independent implementation of infrastructure projects including technical planning, project coordination and collaboration with external IT partners.
Analysis and realisation of technical requirements by developing individual solutions as well as automating recurring processes.
Handling complex IT incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support and ensuring operational readiness during weekend on-call duty.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science and several years of experience in IT operations, supplemented by relevant professional further training.
Practical experience in supporting and further developing IT infrastructures, including server, client and network components.
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially M365, Entra ID and Active Directory.
Solid knowledge in network security and firewall configuration as well as confident handling of IP networks, DHCP and DNS.
Independent, analytical and team-oriented working style, strong problem-solving skills, very good German language skills and openness to technological innovations.
Workplace: The position is not remote and is carried out on site. A residence in Switzerland is required, willingness to relocate to Switzerland or residence abroad with work as a cross-border commuter.
