For our residential group "Blue House" we are looking for a committed and empathetic team leader.

Your Tasks

• Professional and organisational leadership of a team of five
• Individual and appreciative support of nine residents with cognitive impairments in daily life
• Planning and coordination of daily structure and leisure activities
• Responsibility for administrative and organisational tasks
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments

Your Profile

• Completed training in the social or educational field
• Experience in caring for people with support needs
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to take this step
• Enjoyment in making things happen as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and organisational talent
• Willingness to support daily operations, including evening, weekend and on-call duties
