• Professional diagnosis and therapy of speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders in neurological patients, especially those with tracheal cannulas
• Development, implementation and evaluation of individual therapy plans to improve swallowing function and communication ability
• Implementation of decannulation measures in close cooperation with doctors, nursing staff and physiotherapists
• Instruction and advice for patients, relatives and nursing staff in dealing with tracheal cannulas
• Documentation and evaluation of therapy progress according to clinical standards

• Completed studies in speech therapy (with EDK recognition or willingness to obtain it)
• If possible, certified further training in tracheal cannula management
• If possible, experience in rehabilitative therapy and dysphagia and tracheal cannula management
• Enjoy working independently and close to patients in an interprofessional team
• Sense of responsibility, willingness to reflect as well as high social and communication skills
• Very good oral and written German and English skills
