We are looking for a coordinator at the Centre for General Practice and Community Care (ZHAM&CC) from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement:
Coordinator at the Centre for General Practice and Community Care (60-70%)
Area of responsibility
- Business control over ongoing projects and topics of the Centre for General Practice and Community Care (ZHAM&CC)
- Participation in strategic questions regarding the further development of the ZHAM&CC
- Collaboration with partner institutions of the ZHAM&CC, networking in the health sector
- Planning the use of available funds of the available cost centres, budget control
- Participation and collaboration in ZHAM&CC co-leadership meetings
- Organisation and implementation of ZHAM&CC team meetings
- Collaboration in the communication of ZHAM&CC projects
- Assistance in acquiring third-party funding and in writing research proposals
- Organisation, coordination, preparation of agendas for meetings, room organisation, minute-taking (co-leadership meetings, team meetings and research meetings)
- Administrative support of the professorships of the ZHAM&CC
Requirements
- Master’s degree in health sciences, psychology, economics or a similar field
- Experience in project management or professional leadership of units
- Experience in scientific work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Very good German and English skills
- Independence and reliability
- Meticulous working style
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
