Draftsperson Specialising in Architecture (m/f/d) at Baubod3 AG

In recent years, we have developed rapidly and are proud to employ a motivated team of at least 15 professionals who are passionate about our projects. Our range of services includes the renovation of apartment buildings (MFH), single-family homes (EFH), and other construction projects. At Baubod3 AG, we always look ahead and are open to new ideas and challenges. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed draftsperson specialising in architecture to join us immediately.

Your Tasks

• Creating construction and execution plans for various building projects
• Supporting the development of designs and concepts
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers
• Processing and maintaining CAD data
• Coordinating and liaising with external partners and authorities

Your Profile

• Completed training as a draftsperson specialising in architecture
• Confident handling of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or comparable)
• Good technical understanding and spatial imagination
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• Teamwork skills and strong communication
• Experience in the Swiss construction industry is an advantage
