Your Role with Us

• Support and deputise for the Head of HR on strategic, conceptual and operational matters
• Planning and implementation of HR projects focusing on digitalisation, process optimisation, organisational development and change management
• Active participation in day-to-day operational HR tasks as well as taking on duties during peak workloads and absences
• Support for HR Business Partners on complex personnel, labour law and organisational issues
• Advising and accompanying managers on personnel and organisation-related topics
• Preparation of decision-making bases and coordination of internal and external project participants

Your Qualifications

• Solid education or further training in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in the HR environment, ideally in a generalist role
• Thorough knowledge of operational HR work, Swiss labour law and advising managers
• Experience in leading digitalisation, organisational development or change projects
• Good business understanding and the ability to translate strategic issues into practical solutions
• Excellent German and French skills, both spoken and written
• Strong conceptual, project management and implementation skills
• Independent, structured and pragmatic working style as well as willingness to take on responsibility
