About the job
The Support section is the hub of the Asylum Social Service: Together with the social workers of the Integration 1 and 2 sections, we ensure that our clients receive their insurances, benefits and entitlements correctly and reliably. We clarify questions about AHV, family allowances, health insurance and scholarships, are the first point of contact at the counter and on the phone, and take care of mail, new registrations and accounting in the case management system. In doing so, we communicate with clients, authorities, medical practices and insurance companies. We work in specialised processing areas, represent each other, consider strengths and preferences, and share responsibility together. You can expect a flat hierarchy and a collegial atmosphere with us.
Due to a legal change for persons with S-status and provisionally admitted persons (VA), new social assistance claims arise. Therefore, various adjustments are coming our way, such as the switch from collective to individual insurance as well as new claims for family allowances and scholarships. To cope with this additional workload, we are looking for several new employees in the Support section.
Application deadline until 23.11.2026
