We offer our customers and members comprehensive services in the real estate sector such as sales and rental of properties, valuations and legal advice. Head of Real Estate Sales – Member of the Executive Board (100%)

Your main tasks

• You and your team are responsible for the professional marketing of real estate
• Responsible for the sales and valuation teams
• Member of the executive management
• Acquisition of sales mandates, independent management of sales mandates
• Competent advice to our customers and conduct of negotiations
• Qualitative and quantitative development of services and the department
• Preparation of budgets, sales controlling, statistics and publication of articles
• Participation in projects

• Experience in real estate sales, strong customer and sales orientation
• You know the market, work in a structured manner, are resilient, flexible and reliable
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, willingness to take responsibility
• Negotiation and organisational skills, high service orientation
• High IT affinity, proficient in the use of modern communication and work tools
• Fluent German, communicative
• Driving licence category B, ideally own vehicle
• Good manners, confident and well-groomed appearance, enjoyment in contact with people
