Your mission

• Accompany young people with passion, patience, and understanding – even when things get bumpy
• Convey craftsmanship in a figurative sense: not only technology but also team spirit, perseverance, and practical life wisdom
• Design technical lessons in a practical way – theory only as much as necessary
• Keep our laboratories and technical infrastructures in good shape
• Make courses and projects exciting, coordinate them, and master them together with the learners
• Take on course leadership and accompany as a reliable contact person
• Observe learning progress, promote it, and celebrate successes together

Your profile

• Completion of a professional or higher vocational examination in the sanitary technology sector – this remains indispensable
• MMM: One must like people. You really like people and enjoy accompanying, supporting, and sometimes cheering up young people when things get difficult
• Practical experience in building technology or similar areas is a must so that you can share insider knowledge
• Communication skills, empathy, and willingness to pass on your knowledge. A didactic qualification is a plus but not a must
