Coach and Course Leader (a) 60-70%

Your Field of Activity

In this exciting role, you accompany and support job-seeking people in their search process. You conduct both individual and group coaching sessions covering topics such as self-assessment, skills, CV, cover letter, application dossier, search strategy, and job interview. Additionally, you handle the administrative tasks related to these activities. You operate in this role in interdisciplinary exchange with internal departments and the external client.

Your Tools

To successfully master these tasks, you apply your several years of experience as a coach, HR specialist, or adult educator for the benefit of our participants. In your toolkit is a solid education in coaching and/or HR (professional certificate level or equivalent) as well as ideally a certificate in adult education. You are interested in the regional labour market situation and incorporate these insights into your work. Confident use of the MS Office suite is as natural to you as a reliable and independent working style. As an empathetic and creative personality, you enjoy moving in a respectful and non-judgemental manner within a multicultural environment. You communicate on an equal footing and do so confidently in spoken and written German.
