Customer Service Advisor Internal Sales (m/f) 50%

Challenges for contributors:

• Daily care/expansion/security of existing customers
• Contract processing
• Handling of tour returns and initiation of measures
• Documentation of relevant data
• Support/collaboration with field sales, service drivers, fleet, warehouse, production, financial accounting, sales and customer management leadership
• Outbound/inbound calls
• Occasional customer visits
• Complaint handling
• Processing cancellations
• Various administrative tasks

What makes you special:

• Commercial basic training
• German as mother tongue
• *Mandatory* Negotiation-level French skills (B2)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
