You take over the application management of BSI CX, BSI CRM and other business applications throughout the entire lifecycle
You analyse and resolve disruptions, manage releases and changes, and support further developments
You gather requirements from the business, prioritise them, and translate them into implementable solutions
With test concepts, tests and documentation, you ensure high quality and smooth operation
You efficiently coordinate collaboration between business, IT, software partners and stakeholders
Qualifications:
You have a higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in application management, business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally in the financial or banking environment
Sound knowledge of BSI CX and BSI CRM as well as a strong understanding of business processes characterise you
You think analytically, act solution-oriented and communicate flawlessly in written and spoken German
