The Zurich Pestalozzi Foundation Knonau is a special school with a boarding facility for male children and adolescents aged 7-17 with impairments in behaviour, learning or language.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Social Pedagogue 80%

for one of our three residential groups

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a Social Pedagogue FH/HF
• You work with a personal attitude that is solution-oriented
• You share the view that learning and development mainly take place through relationships
• You enjoy special educational challenges
• You are willing to work irregular hours (approx. one night duty per week and one weekend per month)
• You possess a good degree of flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
• You ideally bring experience in the special school sector (behavioural difficulties and/or autism spectrum disorder)
• You see interdisciplinary collaboration as an important part of your work
• You are willing to actively contribute to organisational development
