About the job
Our client is an internationally active industrial company with Swiss roots and a global presence. With a clear focus on precision, quality and reliability, the company ranks among the absolute world leaders in its segment — and has done so for over 75 years.
More than 11,000 employees worldwide rely daily on innovative sensor and measurement technology solutions that ensure safety, efficiency and sustainability in critical industrial processes. Around 300 people are employed at the Swiss site — in a modern production and administrative environment with short decision-making paths and a pronounced quality awareness.
The company actively faces the major challenges of our time: demographic change, digitalisation and the transformation towards more sustainable processes. Those who work here help shape this — and bring their own ideas into an environment that not only demands innovation but also promotes it.
As part of a succession arrangement, we are filling this key position from November 2026 or by agreement.
