Recording and modelling existing processes followed by identification of concrete optimisation and automation possibilities.
Translating professional challenges into prioritised requirements and implementable system solutions.
Supporting the organisation in digital change initiatives and the further development of modern work processes.
Creating technical specifications, decision templates and structured documentation for various project phases.
Coordination with technology managers, service providers and internal stakeholders in the evaluation and expansion of digital solutions.
Qualifications:
Degree or university studies in business informatics, health informatics or a comparable field.
Experience in digitalisation initiatives, process management or requirements work, preferably in a healthcare organisation.
Confident understanding of digital workflows, application landscapes and the exchange between different systems.
Knowledge of relevant health standards such as HL7, FHIR or DICOM is a plus.
Strong organisational skills, communication ability and enjoyment in preparing complex requirements clearly and driving change forward.
