Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the operation, expansion and optimisation of complex infrastructures
- You take on tasks such as consulting, building, configuring and operating Kubernetes, OpenShift or Anthos environments
- You are responsible for the setup and operation of Kafka environments
- Consulting, building and deployments of microservices also fall within your scope of duties
- You work closely with ICT system architects, project managers and customers in projects both in the conception and implementation of new solutions
- In the relevant specialist areas, you take on systems engineering activities
Qualifications:
- You have a university of applied sciences/university degree in computer science
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Linux systems engineering with sound knowledge in several of the following areas, preferably with corresponding certifications:
- You are proficient in Linux and/or UNIX operating systems e.g. RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian
- Container virtualisation and orchestration in the area of Kubernetes and OpenShift are familiar to you
