Tasks
As a Sales Team Manager, you will lead your own team of Account Managers. Inspire, guide, challenge, develop: you will play a key role within the office and work hand in hand with other Team Managers and the Branch Manager.
Specifically, your mission is to:
- Boost performance: plan, organise and monitor your team’s activities via KPIs, lead meetings and one-to-one interviews to stay on track.
- Exemplify demanding leadership: set a clear working framework, empower your Account Managers and conduct exemplary performance management.
- Motivate and inspire: unite your team around ambitious and sustainable goals.
- Be on the ground: support your Account Managers in their client meetings and negotiations.
- Participate in talent development: implement development plans and individual coaching actions to help your employees grow.
We are looking for
- Strong experience in B2B service sales
- Successful experience in managing a sales team
- Fluency in French and a very good level of English (minimum C1)
You are motivated by high targets, enjoy a fast pace and variety. Resilient, you know how to keep a cool head and maintain your managerial course even when facing resistance or complex situations. You know how to set clear expectations, convey your energy and inspire performance.
