Technical Expert 80-100% (m/f/d)

Method Development

Your area of responsibility

• Professional-methodical development, validation and optimisation of new analytical methods in the areas of GC, LC and IC as well as inorganic analytics, including preparation for their accreditation
• Ensuring the quality standards of our accredited testing methods
• Further development and automation of existing analytical methods
• Technical contact person and support for the employees in the laboratory
• Active participation in location-specific and cross-location projects
• Participation and technical support in expert committees
• Collaboration with customers, suppliers and service providers as well as cross-departmentally and in virtual teams

Your profile

• Completed training as a laboratory technician EFZ specialising in chemistry, a qualification at HF/HFP level or a degree in chemistry, environmental sciences or food chemistry
• Sound knowledge in the method development of GC-MS and/or LC-MS methods is a must
• Several years of professional experience in an accredited (ISO 17025) testing laboratory
• Ideally knowledge of evaluation software such as Chromeleon or Masshunter
• Sound knowledge in the evaluation and interpretation of analytical measurement and validation data
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills in the field of method development
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Decisiveness, personal responsibility and a strong results orientation
• Strong customer orientation and high commitment within the team
