Our client, located in the suburbs of Fribourg, has launched a large-scale digitalisation programme for its services over the past few years.

In order to better structure and organise the evolution of its information system, they have asked us to find a

Program Manager FR-EN (M/F)

who will join a large IT department of more than 200 employees.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 project managers working on the digitalisation of the entire service.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the entire programme meets its objectives, within the agreed deadlines and budgets, and your project teams will include various profiles: project managers, business staff, solution architects, developers and external partners.

Profile sought

• Higher education in computer science (university, university of applied sciences, foreign equivalent)
• Training in project management (Hermes, Agile) or demonstrated expertise
• More than 10 years of experience as a large-scale IT programme manager, with a focus on IT applications
• Experience in the public administration sector is a strong asset
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Personality: unifying, good negotiator, analytical and synthetic mind
• Excellent command of French, technical English
• Swiss nationality, valid work permit or citizen of the European Union
