What you will achieve

• You act as a competent contact person for our customers together with your team and take responsibility for your cash desk area
• You can effectively apply your organisational skills in staff scheduling and lead your team with commitment
• You enjoy passing on your expertise and knowledge to new employees and introducing them to your area
• You stay informed about the needs within your area by conducting inventories and take responsibility for ordering goods
• You implement sales-promoting measures (such as promotions) on the sales floor in a targeted manner and skilfully deploy campaigns
• You keep an overview through ongoing analysis and management of business key figures
• You are well acquainted with internal and external quality standards and implement them proficiently

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Sales/retail
• Professional experience: 2-3 years of experience in the cash desk area
• You present yourself in a customer-oriented and friendly manner
• You work independently, efficiently and precisely
• You have experience in leading and developing teams in retail and are able to inspire and motivate employees
• You have completed the specialist management training or are motivated to complete it internally
• Your networked thinking enables you to act in a goal- and solution-oriented manner
• You are stress-tolerant and able to assert yourself
• You possess strong communication skills and are an organisational talent
• German (B1)
