Your tasks
- Competent support and advice to customers by phone and e-mail
- Recording, processing and coordinating customer orders
- Close cooperation with internal departments and the field sales team
- Maintenance of customer and product data as well as general administrative tasks
- Participation in the optimisation of workflows and processes
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
- Experience in sales back office or customer service is an advantage
- Very good Italian and German skills, both spoken and written
- French or English skills are an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Good MS Office skills, ERP experience is a plus
