Are you ready to put your passion for fundraising to work and make a real difference? We are looking for a motivated and innovative fundraiser (m/f/d) who will explore new paths with us. Your tasks:
- Foundation management: Research, prioritization, and processing of suitable funding foundations with a focus on Switzerland.
- Storytelling & applications: Creation and submission of convincing funding applications, letters of intent, and project documents.
- Pipeline management: Ensuring a full pipeline, strict deadline management, and systematic follow-up.
- Interface work: Close coordination with program managers, executive management, and finance.
- Reporting: Preparation of reports (interim/final reports) as well as collaboration on budgets and KPI-based reporting in the CRM.
Your profile:
- Experience: Solid knowledge in institutional fundraising, ideally in the Swiss foundation market.
- Languages: Excellent command of German; English fluent in speaking and writing (French is a plus).
- Execution strength: You work precisely, love structure, and keep an overview even with many parallel projects.
- Numerical understanding: Confident handling of budgets and key figures.
- Mindset: You are curious about new tools (AI-supported fundraising) and want to continuously develop yourself.
- Nice to have: Expertise in disability inclusion, health, or labor integration.
