What you can contribute to
- Prepare and manage Federal Council and Parliament matters related to family policy issues
- Draft reports for the Federal Council, the department and the office, and develop strategic bases for legislative projects
- Represent the sector in parliamentary debates and federal administration working groups
What makes you unique
- Degree from a university (master's) in humanities, social sciences or economics
- Experience in managing complex and interdisciplinary projects, in a political context marked by divergent interests among stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of federal policy and Federal Council and Parliament affairs, interest in family policy issues
- Ability to work independently and reliably within an interdisciplinary team, analytical mind, conceptual and synthetic thinking skills, stress resistance
- Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third

The Family Issues sector of the Federal Social Insurance Office (FSIO) is the specialised service for family policy issues at the federal level. It is responsible for family allowance laws as well as the promotion of out-of-family childcare.
