Connecting technology, digitalisation and security: This position is aimed at an experienced ICT professional who wants to combine classic infrastructure with modern Microsoft technologies and at the same time advance digital working methods.
Responsibilities:
Technical hub function between IT infrastructure, cloud and business digitalisation
Planning and implementation of modernisations within the existing IT landscape
Support of a hybrid infrastructure with classic data centre and cloud services
Further development of the Microsoft platform around Azure and Microsoft 365
Ensuring a reliable, available and resilient IT environment
Optimisation of identity, security, backup and authorisation concepts
Automation of manual processes and building efficient digital workflows
Design of meaningful dashboards and reports with Power BI
Support of specialist departments in the introduction of digital processes and tools
Assumption of technical responsibility for selected IT projects
Analysis of faults and complex technical issues including sustainable solution finding
Further development of standards, documentation and operational processes
Active shaping of a future-proof and scalable ICT organisation
Qualifications:
Training or further education in computer science, system technology or comparable technical qualification
Several years of practical experience in operating IT infrastructures
Confident handling of Microsoft-based server and cloud environments
Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365 and modern identity concepts
Experience with virtualisation, backup, system administration and IT security
Practical knowledge in Power BI, Power Automate or similar Microsoft solutions
Understanding of IT service management, process optimisation and digitalisation
Independent, structured and quality-oriented working style
Strong ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions
