For a maternity cover, we are looking for a
Conservation Building Consultant, 40-60%, fixed-term for 6 months
What to expect- You will advise municipalities, owners, architects, and craftsmen on the restoration and repurposing of protected buildings.
- You will assess building applications regarding monument compatibility and local visual protection.
- You will accompany conversions of listed buildings.
What you bring
- Studies in architecture or art history, or near completion
- Good knowledge of architectural history and historical building techniques
- Outgoing personality and skilled interaction with various client groups
- Solution-oriented and adept at negotiation
