Risk&Safety AG, based in Aarau with 17 employees, has been a leading consultancy for over 25 years specialising in managing risks from technology, fire, earthquakes, and more.

To support the management and project leaders, we are looking for an

Office Manager (60 - 80%)

Your range of duties is comprehensive and varied.

You:

• manage the secretariat with all associated tasks
• organise the administration and develop it further
• independently handle the accounting (creditors, debtors, payment transactions) and prepare the VAT return
• prepare the annual financial statements with the support of a fiduciary office
• manage personnel administration (payroll accounting, registration and deregistration of social insurances, holiday control, etc.)
• oversee insurance matters and take care of office infrastructure
• after familiarisation, support management as well as operational management in controlling, costing, and marketing
• assist project leaders with quotations and invoicing.

You ideally bring:

• completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting
• several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally including payroll accounting, as well as in administration
• fluent German in spoken and written form, French and English advantageous
• proficient use of MS Office, experience with accounting software is a plus
• openness to new digital tools and no apprehension about working with artificial intelligence (AI)
• a communicative personality
• a broad range of interests
• careful, reliable working style and enjoyment of independent work.
