CRM Application Owner (m/f/d) 60-80%
What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the operation, support (1st and 2nd level) and further development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- You are the contact person for CRM topics and coordinate collaboration with departments, IT and external partners
- You analyse requirements, prioritise optimisations and accompany the implementation of new functions
- You plan tests and training and support users with questions about the CRM
- You ensure data quality and assist with the maintenance and cleansing of master data
- You document processes and actively participate in CRM and digitalisation projects
What you bring with you
- Experience in a comparable CRM role
- Very good knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Insights) as well as Power BI knowledge are an advantage
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of operational tasks as well as the further development of processes and systems
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good German and good French skills
