Role:
This role focuses on the holistic management of governance, risk, and compliance topics in a complex and regulated environment. Information security, data protection, business continuity, trade compliance, and risk management are interconnected and further developed along clear processes.
Responsibilities:
Central point of contact for GRC topics at the interface between the group, real estate organisation, and external providers
Responsibility for the specialist areas of information security, data protection, trade compliance, business continuity management, and risk
Operation and further development of the ISMS as well as ensuring basic protection
Monitoring internal and external providers regarding SLA and compliance requirements
Coordination and management of GRC initiatives as well as alignment with higher-level bodies
Monitoring regulatory developments and reviewing and creating local directives
Management of the entire risk process including identification, assessment, and regular reviews
Maintenance and further development of the risk system
Preparation of status reports and management dashboards
Conducting awareness measures as well as preparation of internal and external audits
Qualifications:
Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, law, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in documenting processes and controls as well as participating in or leading projects
Experience in regulatory or highly structured environments is an advantage
Sound knowledge of IT security and data protection
Knowledge of the revised Swiss Data Protection Act is an advantage
Experience in risk management as well as with ISO 27001 or NIST
Experience in creating and further developing policies and GRC frameworks
Structured, independent, and precise working style as well as high digital competence
Affinity for GRC software and very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
