What you can achieve
- Assignments in shared apartments at all locations (in case of short- and medium-term staff shortages).
- Active facilitation of participation in everyday life: daily structure, living, leisure.
- Shift assignments Monday to Sunday (mostly continuous shifts, no night shifts).
- Additional tasks to professionally support the teams and ensure the participation process, in close cooperation with our internal participation specialist unit.
What you bring with you
- Completed training in social pedagogy, as a care specialist or health specialist.
- Experience in caring for people with physical, cognitive or psychological impairments.
- Enjoyment of challenging support situations and a high sense of responsibility.
- High flexibility and independence.
- Own vehicle and willingness to work at all locations (Seewen, Brunnen, Ingenbohl, Einsiedeln and Hurden).
